At Car Parts, we want to ensure your vehicle gets the perfect fit every time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Package the Parts

  Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, gaskets, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
