What is your return policy for installed parts?
Parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed or modified. Once a part is bolted on or plugged in, it is no longer eligible for return unless it is defective.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your parts sooner for an urgent repair.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our parts carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Specific warranty durations vary by brand and part type; details can be found on each individual product page.
What should I do if my part arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the part is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the box and the damaged item so we can arrange a free replacement.
Do you ship heavy items like engines or transmissions?
